    Tourists or a gym? Or training at home?

    What do you think is better than a horizontal bar or gym and why do you think so?

    Training at home is the best. You can train yourself freely. Besides, you can wear anything. However, it is still the best to workout with a professional trainer.

    I didn't agree with you. because if we try to learn gym at home our body shape may be suffer loss because we didn't know how to do this, in means while we can practice at home after learn some steps from the gym.

    Yeah, that's right. I've seen my friends who injured themselves while training at home. Without the guidance of the professional gym instructor is very dangerous.

    Yup, but that's quiet expensive. That's why some persons prefer to train at home without the guidance of the gym instructor.

    The gym is expensive and not always effective, even with an instructor. There are various instructors who don’t do anything parkically so that people really do the exercises they need. It is easier and easier to train at home, because not everyone has time to go to the sport hall. At home, sometimes grabbing exercise.

    I think the best thing to do is to visit the gym first..get to learn the basics from your trainer..know the do's the dont's before you start training from home.
    eventually you can..but it better to learn first..you might push your body too hard and end up tearing a muscle or have one larger arm..

    I believe that if you want to workout, then you should go to the gym. The reason is that the amount of intensity is high if you workout in the gym. You are only focused on working out and nothing else. Because of this, you will be able to see the results pretty soon.

    We should need go to gym because this is easy and less costly. however if we can afford then we should need to go tourists. this will give us fresh air as well as we will get some exercise from this way. but it is very costly and poor people can't afford it. poor people also not afford gym. so morning walk is best for these types of peoples.
