    Researchers from Oxford University came to the conclusion that tennis is the most useful sport for human health. According to scientists, tennis practice reduces the risk of premature death in the elderly by 47%, whereas, for example, aerobics and swimming - by 28%, and cycling by 15%.

    Do you agree that tennis is the most useful, or do you consider it to be another kind of sport?

    For me, Swimming and cycling are the useful sports for me.

    you are right, but some sports game are played professionally. so we should need to learn the standard of those games but some games are played at village level they don't have any rules so we can use them as entertainment.

    How much you can run cycle, you do this daily practice or just you have a cycle for just fun. Now a days some motor vehicle are there so we have forgot the cycle.

    I didn't have cycle but i think we can easily run it with speed upto 10 KM per hours. less from this speed is not good for loosing you wait high speed is good but it will be painful for you.

    Running 10km/hr is too much. It will stress you out.

    I didn't think so because less then this speed can't give us loosing of wait. but i didn't recommend this speed from first day. you have to make routine. and increase it day by day.

    I believe that all sports are useful and there is no, a single sport that can be the best. For each person there is a favorite sport and it is considered the most useful. Tennis is certainly a good sport and trains many muscles and mind, but I do not consider it the best sport.
